Trinity Development Alliance (TDA) is thrilled to announce that we are the recipient of a grant that will help implement clean, renewable energy efforts to fight climate change in Grays Harbor County in Washington State. The grant will be used for a local affordable housing property.
Here are the details.
TDA applied and received a $1.7 million grant for the Woodsvilla project funded by Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. These funds will be used for solar energy efforts that include grid integration and innovation, community resilience, renewable energy and storage. Additional details can be found in the press release here.
Woodsvilla is a 44 unit family affordable housing property in Elma, Washington, that is owned by the Woodsvilla Associates Limited Partnership, of which TDA is the managing member. This grant, in addition to a $2.5 million in grant funding to rehabilitate the property, will create innovation and sustainability. The property rehabilitation will begin later this summer.
