- Service: We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, create solutions, and do the work to support rural communities in need.

The beauty of the gift of thanks is that it is a gift everyone can give and receive. Whether it’s a kind word to someone, sharing gratitude with others, or supporting a cause you care about, the gift is always ready to go to share and be accepted.
It is an invaluable tool for all of us.
For TDA, the gift of thanks is a tool that does not just support rural affordable housing, it helps build lives that offer hope for the people that call these communities home.
Using the tool, TDA builds and supports resident service plans by developing a first-of-its-kind approach to resident service support. We help community members connect with the services and support they may need.
This Thanksgiving season, we are excited to share our fund to benefit resident services that offer help, hope and empowerment. Some examples of what the fund will support are after-school care, tutoring, financial education and resources and reliable transportation for seniors.
